The workshop with Rachi and Jethro is an invitation to deepen your connection with yourself and, from this place, naturally and effortlessly connect with others. At the same time, it offers a gentle introduction to the principles of contact improvisation. Together, we explore the space of the body, learning to listen to its subtle signals, sense boundaries, openness, and the moments when it’s necessary to stay with yourself. Through playful movement, dance, and working with energy, we gradually discover what it is like to meet another - and ourselves - exactly as we are, without expectations or pressure. SoMagic is a practice of deep listening, authentic expression, and relating from the heart. Without judgment, without performance, in a safe and playful space where body, soul, and the present moment meet.
