CS | Playful workshop | Program for children aged 4–7
When does a child have the space to simply be — to sense their body, emotions, and the world around them without pressure to perform?
The Children in Zen program is a gentle oasis of calm and growth in today’s fast-paced world. It is designed to help children find inner balance, a sense of safety, and joy through playful and interactive activities that respect their natural rhythm and individual needs.
The program supports inner calm and resilience. Children learn to tune into themselves and to work with their emotions and inner energy, helping them feel more relaxed, balanced, and confident. At the same time, it encourages the development of cognitive abilities and the natural integration of both brain hemispheres, supporting better focus, learning, and communication.
The program also includes simple and fun techniques such as breathing exercises, relaxation games, and mindful movement. These tools can be easily carried into everyday life — at home, at school, and in relationships with peers.
If you participate together with your child, a space opens for meaningful shared time, deeper mutual understanding, and strengthening your bond in an atmosphere of calm, play, and shared experience.
