AREA OPERATION

• Only visitors with a valid ticket are allowed entry to the area.
• Visitors must adhere to the conditions of participation in the Healing Festival 2025.
• Visitors have access to one campsite on areas rented for this purpose southeast of the castle park in Světlá nad Sázavou.
• The campsite will be open from Wednesday, August 6, at 10:00 AM continuously until Sunday, August 10, at 12:00 AM.
• Visitors can use toilets and sanitary facilities free of charge.
• Personal tent on site – fee for the tent + for each person in the tent according to the current price list on www.healingfestival.eu.
• Entrance to the camping area on site – fee of 490 CZK for a person not staying overnight.
• THE ACCOMMODATION PRICE IS FIXED FOR THE ENTIRE DURATION OF THE AREA OPENING.
• CHILDREN UP TO 4 YEARS OLD FREE ENTRY.
• Visitors must present their ID card or passport and a completed accommodation card upon entry - all responsibility for items placed in the area or tent lies with the visitor.

VISITOR PROHIBITIONS

• No open fires in the entire area.
• No smoking or any fire manipulation in tents.
• Entry only through designated entrances (e.g., no climbing over fences).
• No littering or any damage or endangerment of other people's property and health.
• No disturbance of night quiet hours on:
  August 6 from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM,
  August 7 from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM,
  August 8 from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM,
  August 9 from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM,
  August 10 from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

AREA SUPERVISION

• A security member will supervise compliance with these operating rules in the camping area.
• Violators of these operating rules will be removed from the area and possibly handed over to the Czech Police.
• Any offenses or crimes will be handled by the Czech Police.
• In case of violation of these operating rules or unexpected events (e.g., natural disaster, criminal activity, terrorist attack), the organizer is authorized to take all necessary measures to protect property and health and to restore order (e.g., peace and order).
• Evacuate the area in case of any threat to participants' health or organizer's property (e.g., natural disaster, terrorist attack) without any compensation for damage or lost profit to any festival participant.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

In the context of recording accommodated participants, the organizer processes some personal data as a data controller in accordance with Article 4, paragraph 7 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679, known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Comprehensive information on the processing of personal data within the camping areas under Article 13 of the Regulation, including information on the purpose of processing, its legal basis, data recipients, and visitor rights as data subjects, is available on the website www.healingfestival.eu.
INFORMATION

All information about the camping area, your requests, and complaints will be handled by authorized persons at the entrance to the camping area.
