Performers, Facilitators and Guides

Would you like to enrich the Healing Festival program?

We value every submission we receive. To ensure none of them get lost among the many offers, we’ve prepared a simple application form, which you can fill out via the link below. If your offer is of interest, someone from our team will get in touch with you.

The application deadline for Healing Festival 2026 is December 31, 2025. You will be notified of the selection results by March 31, 2026. If you do not receive a positive response by this date, it means you have not been selected.

Vendors

Do you offer an attractive product, create delicious veggie/vegan/raw dishes and drinks, or provide nurturing services?

Vendors for this year’s edition have already been selected and applications are now closed. However, if you would like to be considered for the next edition of the Healing Festival 2026, you can leave us your contact by submitting the application at the link below.

The application deadline is February 28, 2026. You will be informed of the selection results by March 31, 2026. If you do not receive a positive response by that date, your stand has not been selected.

Volunteers

Are you intrigued by the vision and mission of the Healing Festival and want to show your support, be there and become a Healing volunteer? Volunteers are one of the key components of the Healing Festival, without whom the whole event would be impossible to organise. Your willingness to help is greatly appreciated and we look forward to working together. As a Healing volunteer, you will be part of the Healing Festival organisational team and a specific team that will be in charge of certain activities before, during and after the festival. Let your friends know too and sign up together. At the Healing Festival you will gain a lot of new and valuable experiences, meet new friends, experience the Healing atmosphere from behind the scenes and become a part of the Healing community.

If you’re passionate about photography, feel joy in capturing every moment, and share our enthusiasm for creating unforgettable experiences, we’d love to have you join us. Become our volunteer photographer and help us capture the beauty, energy, and uniqueness of Healing Festival!

Healing Volunteering

Are you intrigued by the vision and mission of the Healing Festival and want to show your support, be there and become a Healing volunteer?

Volunteers are one of the key components of the Healing Festival, without whom the whole event would be impossible to organise. Your willingness to help is greatly appreciated and we look forward to working together.

As a Healing volunteer, you will be part of the Healing Festival organisational team and a specific team that will be in charge of certain activities before, during and after the festival. Let your friends know too and sign up together. At the Healing Festival you will gain a lot of new and valuable experiences, meet new friends, experience the Healing atmosphere from behind the scenes and become a part of the Healing community. For volunteering at the festival, each volunteer will receive a complimentary ticket worth 395 EUR for the whole event and free accommodation in the campground.
