What happens when rap flow meets Tibetan meditation and an Andean ritual? Sofie Fillippi turns every stage and gym into a laboratory of personal transformation where the body becomes the finest teacher.

Sofie Fillippi is an artist, performer, movement therapist and lecturer. In her work she artfully blends Andean shamanism with Tibetan Buddhism and, as a choreographer, mixes street styles such as hip hop and dancehall with contemporary and jazz.

A graduate of the International Conservatory, she has guest‑performed at the National Theatre, Ta Fantastika and the Healing Theatre. On camera she has appeared in numerous film and TV projects; she raps, does voice‑over work, writes lyrics and practises acrobatics, horseback riding and martial arts.

Through movement, breath and sound she guides both adults and children toward conscious body awareness, emotional release and the discovery of authentic power. Eight years ago she and her family founded the Multi Art Dance Camp, helping children develop skills in dance, acting and music.

Her mission is to show that our full potential lives in every step and every breath. All we need is to pause, inhale and let the body speak.
