Free your body and spirit through this unique practice of uninhibited movement. Together we will embark on a two hour journey across a full spectrum of music, emotions and expression.
Ecstatic Dance is a space with no shoes, no talking, no phones and no substances, allowing you to drop fully into a meditative flow state. The place where real magic begins to unfold.
Here, movement is not about steps or performance. It touches emotion, opens inner space and helps release tension, old wounds and hidden layers within.
