When was the last time you truly felt the rhythm of your own body? With Mulheres da Lunna you will dive into women’s cyclicality, natural rhythms, and health in everyday life.
Lucie and Anna will guide you through a series of workshops, conversations, and practical exercises where they share sacred wisdom about the female body and its transformations. Their deepest intention is to empower you, to awaken your confidence, and to encourage you to reconnect with your body and fully embrace your sovereignty.
The talk will include sharing self-rituals and embodied practices, inviting you to explore the soft, wild, and vulnerable parts of yourself — the parts that are often hidden yet hold great power.
