Every woman moves through changes – from her first cycle to motherhood and beyond. Mulheres da Lunna offers support, sharing, and practical tools to feel good in both body and mind.
Mulheres da Lunna is a project created by two women, Lucie and Anna, who draw from their feminine experience to craft a space where nature meets everyday self-care. They combine knowledge of medicinal cooking, herbalism, yoga therapy, and rituals to support women through the various stages of life from the menstrual cycle to pregnancy and into maturity.
Lucie comes from the Czech Republic and Anna from Slovakia. They met in Portugal, where they now lead retreats, workshops, and inspiring gatherings focused on feminine embodiment and herbal alchemy.
Their shared vision is rooted in the belief that every woman has the right to self-care, to remembering her own essence, and to celebrating the balance between feminine and masculine energies. With open hearts, they share their knowledge, herbal medicine, creativity, and embodiment practices to inspire other women on their own journeys.

Step into the Moon Temple, a deeply nourishing space for healing, empowerment, and connection. Here, we honor the sacred cycles of our bodies, the wisdom of our ancestors, and the divine intelligence held in our wombs.
We are womb guardians, midwives, doulas, mothers, daughters, and sisters - a diverse circle of women from many cultures and backgrounds, united in our devotion to supporting women through every stage of life.
Through workshops, talks, and embodied practices, we awaken the deep wisdom stored in our bones. We explore ancient paths of healing, herbal medicine, natural gynecology, traditional midwifery, sacred sexuality, and the mysteries of the divine feminine.
The Moon Temple is a sanctuary, a refuge for women and babies. A safe and sacred space where each woman can honor her natural rhythms in peace, free from the pressure of the crowd. A place to be heard, to be held, to be.
We warmly invite you to join us in this sanctuary within the festival, a sacred space to rest, reconnect, and remember. To shed what no longer serves, and to bloom into your fullness.
