Nuno Carvalho is a facilitator dedicated to holistic health, conscious movement, and energy work, weaving together over two decades of experience in body-based therapies and integrative wellness. He works as an osteopath, practitioner of oriental medicine and shiatsu, and integrates movement, energetic work, and aquatic therapy into his practice.

He is the founder of the Life Flow Method, bridging Eastern and Western approaches to the body, mind, and energy. His work is deeply rooted in his early connection to nature growing up in the Azores, and he offers both private therapeutic sessions and corporate wellness programs focused on sustainable wellbeing and healthy work culture.

As a co-founder of Mãe D’Água Wellness and Healing Center in Monchique, Nuno brings a grounded and intuitive approach to personal and collective transformation. His facilitation honors the intelligence of the body and the subtle field, blending precision, softness, and presence.
