FACILITATORS AND GUIDES OF THE HEALING FESTIVAL 2025
IANÄWA (MEX/LTU)
When was the last time you truly listened? Not just with your ears, but with your heart, your body, your whole being?
The music of IANÄWA opens space for just that kind of listening. A project of Uttama and Aiyana, it interweaves sounds of nature, medicine songs and world instruments into a unique musical experience that connects people and cultures. Their work is born from deep reverence for life, nature and the ancestral roots of their traditions.
IANÄWA concerts are not just performances — they are sound journeys that invite you to reconnect with the present moment. They are a celebration of life through dance, shared presence and joy. Each tone, each song is an invitation into an experience that is powerful and yet natural.
They also perform at events like weddings, birthdays and other gatherings, offering music as a companion in significant life moments.
Beyond concerts, you can experience IANÄWA through:
- Water Prayers – collective circles that honor water as a sacred element. Through song, dance, prayer and ritual movement, the remembrance and bond with this beautiful element becomes stronger.
- Cacao Circles – ceremonial gatherings where people come together in the gentle energy of the cacao seed. Through songs, prayers, dance and ritual activities, hearts open in a simple yet profound way.
- Sound Journey – a practice of relaxation and deepening through the healing frequencies of world instruments and the voice, guiding participants into inner stillness and self-listening.
- Temazcal – an ancient healing practice from Mexico and North America. In this sacred sweatlodge, fire-heated stones and water create steam that detoxifies the body, clears the mind and balances emotions. It is a return to the roots, to nature, and to oneself.
IANÄWA brings music and rituals that open space for connection, for stillness, for joy.
They wholeheartedly give thanks to each plant, being and vibration for allowing them to express this offering, this call.
