Arpit Singh - Kalari Warriors (IND)

Arpit Singh is a passionate performing artist, actor, and Kalaripayattu practitioner with over 15 years of experience in physical theatre and traditional Indian art forms. Trained under Abani Biswas (Milòn Mela, 2012–2018), a disciple of Jerzy Grotowski, Arpit’s work blends ancient practices like Chhau, Gotipua, Baul singing, fire dance, and Shankhnaad with global techniques such as Clowning, Butoh, and the Alexander Technique.

He is currently developing ‘The Art of Movement – A Physical Approach to Character’, and
regularly teaches Shankhnaad as a powerful tool for breath, voice, and inner alignment.

Arpit has recently acted in Amazon Prime Video’s The Family Man and performed in Shapeshift Collective’s Moonfool and Agent Provocateur. He leads Kalari Warriors, a Kalaripayattu school in Mumbai, and teaches at Whistling Woods International, Sumeet Nagdev Dance Arts, and Shri Ram Center of Performing Arts.
